「The rooms were clean. It was quite most of the time. The staff was nice and helpful whenever I needed them.」

「The beds were clean, and AC works very well , nice shower. Very clean room overall. Nice staff but not very helpful sadly.. When i woke up in the middle of the night and noticed that there were roaches by the bed nightstand and I then contacted the front desk to see if I could get another room and they said it was too late to do that which I can understand, lol i even asked if they had roach spray and that would be good enough for me but he said they didn’t and apologized. So that’s the ONLY...

「Everyone with whom we dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. I would ve willing to stay at that hotel again. Our room was warm and clean and ready for us. Even with the looming winter storm, everyone made sure that we were ok.」
