“The house is gorgeous and impeccably clean. There are a lot of nice touches such as the labelling of light switches, something really small but makes a big difference. We found the house to be even lovier than shown in the photos which is not always the case. The host was also amazing, super responsive and proactive. Overall I highly highly recommend this property! The only downside, which has nothing to do with the host, is that there's quite a bit of road noise, especially in the master……

“Enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect size for my family of 4. Felt secure and comfortable. Only complaint primary bedroom bed was the worst. Not big enough and was crunchy sounds with every movement. Was not a deal breaker though. Angel was a great host and called to check if all was well. I look forward to staying again.”

“I had received a message from the manager telling me to contact them if we had any issues. Upon entering we noticed that the "double futon" was basically a love seat. “The house was clean and comfortable. (Especially the beds…they were so comfortable and the sheets and towels felt clean and soft.) We went there to go to MD Anderson and it wasn’t too far and there was enough room for 3 adults. (Me, my dad, and my aunt). “Just a family of Wisconsinites who came down to see some family and beat the winter weather. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated the whole family. The pool was clean and the highlight of the weekend for the kids. I was able to send text messages to the owner and he responded very quicky for the few questions i had. we stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect and we would absolutely rent from these owners again.”

Terrible facility and service
"I’ve wrote to the hotel three weeks before the arrival and no reply at all. When arrived, you need to call for the shuttle bus, unless other brands, this hotel shared with some other small motels and has fixed schedule that sometime doesn’t meet your schedule. When we arrive hotel finally at 22:00, the front desk didn’t show any hospitality and I was just like talking to a robot. The worse part, there was thunder that night and all the power supplies all of sudden shut down. There was no flashlight available and none in the hotel can explain. The worse part came- they didn’t have emergency power supply so we carried 6 70lb luggages down from 3rd floor with kids… our trip was ruined even before it starts ( we transit via Houston) and the hotel stuffs didn’t care or ever show any emphasis or even try to provide any more information. "
