I turned up late, found the entrance at the back with the entrance code and let myself in. I didn't meet the owners, which is perfectly fine. I just found a clean and comfortable apartment and got on with it. All good.

We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available.
