「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「Everything was excellent: room, buffet, restaurant Oasis, pool. Great staff!」

「What kind of all-inclusive doesn’t have some type of food available after dinner service? Why does the bar have to close at 12:00? Can’t one person stay on to serve the people that want to stay up a little later. Why can’t the kitchen staff make a decent hamburger? Bar and drink menu is an A+. Kitchen quality and flexibility is a C-minus.」

「Good value hotel」

「Clean and good amenities」

「We loved the hotel, although the food was a bit disapointing.」

「Property is conveniently located for local bars and restaurants and minutes away from Yumbo Centrum. Very clean, daily housekeeping and lovely staff. Strongly recommend the poolside bar- drinks and staff are amazing! Overall staff are very helpful, and helped make it a fantastic stay」

「Fatal !
