“Les spectacles , les animations, la piscine, la chambre, la terrasse le professionalisme du personnel tout était parfait.. par contre dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de transfert de l'hôtel à l'aéroport. ”

“This hotel is unreal, 5 stars through and through. The food and drinks are to such a high standard, we couldnt actually believe the food of this standard was all inclusive! “Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider im Service oft noch nicht ganz eingespielt oder unsicher an z.B. der Bar. Alles war schön, aber kleine Details waren leider nicht so schön, kaputte Lichtschalter, Steckdosen und die Klobürste war eine Zumutung. Auch defekte Waschbecken, Seifenspender an der Pool Toilette wirkt so als wäre es egal. Vegetarisches Essen war leider hauptsächlich Gemüse mit Aioli oder Salat nach über einer Woche sehr eintönig. Würden wieder hin, aber nicht für 9 Tage.”

“The hotel is very high standard. Two things were disappointing 1. Hot water issues. Kept running very very hot then very cold. I told reception but didn't heard anything back after reporting it twice. 2. The food quality could have been better. The food next door at the Princess Hotel is better and cheaper ”

“On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. The pool area was kept clean with 2 lifeguards throughout the day. The pool was never busy nor the area around so plenty of sun beds. If you are a golfer, you will be pleased to know it’s a 2 minute……
