“Excellent customer service with immediate response from their staff esp. Mr. Glenn. The room was good enough for 2 adults which was me and my mom. It is not spotless but good enough to get a good night's sleep with comfy bed and AC. I've seen and killed 3 tiny roaches. There's a fridge and kitchenette with utensils and cookwares. I never cooked during my stay as there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the area aside from the malls nearby. Two convenience store in the building. Clean……

“Loved the location! It’s very accessible to shops and restaurants. The parking was nice as well- but you’ll have to pay extra for the time used. The building itself and the staff and owner are very nice. Communicates on time. Easy check in and out. It is a smoke free building- my husband who smokes had to walk a block or two to have a cigarette. I would’ve love for the building to have a designated area for guests who smokes, instead of leaving the building and walking 2 blocks just to have a……

“Despite repeated emails, host waited until 24 hrs before giving us instructions on check-in (is this common practice in vrbo?). Property was poorly maintained. Kitchen and bathroom lights were busted, bedroom a/c not working. Since we stayed on Sat and Sun when no maintenance work is done because it is the weekend, we had to endure the said issues the entire duration of our stay.”
