Nice area but derelict house
I would not recommend this house, the pictures are sugarcoated. Bedrooms are okay, everything else was either dirty or demaged/ broken. The first couple of days it smelled moldy and musty. I can’t list all the shortcomings( first day no warm water, one day no electricity, the last 5 days no WiFi ...
