Door lock problem

The door lock of the room which we had been provided first, could not be opened by the key card. And hey gave me another room. On this second room we had the same problem. At least on the third room we were able to enter the room. Besides these problems, the conditions are good.

Good hotel for short stay

This is an older hotel, no frills. Perfect for our one night stop over in Passau. I had booked the family room as it was my husband, son and I traveling. Upon check in we were told that this specific room was not available but they gave us two adjoining rooms instead which suited us just fine. The gentlemen at the check in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are TINY and definitely could use a little updating but the beds are comfortable enough and everything was clean and in good working order. FYI our room did not have air conditioning, not sure if any of the rooms have it? But we were lucky enough to have cooler weather and just opened the windows. Overall good for an overnight but much too small for a longer stay.

El desayuno no se renovaba a tiempo, la máquina de jugos descompuesta. En la recepción había que esperar hasta media hora para que apareciera alguien para atender. No había agua caliente en la regadera, mo había Wi Fi. El personal fue atento y amigable cuando estaba en la recepción.

Die schlimmste Nacht ever. Was an diesem Zimmer comfort plus sein soll erschließt sich nicht. Noch kleiner geht nicht. Permanente Geräusche der klimageräte des Supermarktes und ab 4 Uhr Anlieferung Nie wieder

Zimmer (Lounge) wird bei Expedia als Familienzimmer (Verbindungstür) für 4 Personen angegeben. Auf den Bildern sieht es nach 2 Schlafräumen aus. Stattdessen gab es ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei klapprigen, quietschenden und bei einem auch komplett durchgelegen Matratze! Auf Nachfrage dazu wurde gesagt, dass man die besseren Zimmer erst bekommt, wenn die anderen schon belegt sind! Hui, der Kunde ist König steht hier ganz klar nicht auf dem Programm. Es war draußen sehr laut durch junge Typen mit Motorrädern! Deswegen wurden vom Hotel schon oropax verteilt! Fenster öffnen war trotzdem nicht möglich da kein Mückengitter vorhanden, aber definitiv Mücken! Das wäre vermutlich kostengünstig zu lösen und bei nicht vorhandener Klimaanlage eigentlich ein Muss. Das einzig Gute war das Frühstück! Die beiden Damen haben sehr gut gesehen wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Es war eine kleine, aber ausreichende Auswahl da und es wurde gut und umsichtig aufgefüllt.

Vi fick snabb hjälp med både incheckning och vart vi kunde parkera vilket var bra. Vi tog några goa kakor som välkomnade. Det var ganska smutsigt på både golv och hyllplan tyvärr. Låg även en trumpinne kvar från annan gäst. Ingen AC utan bordsfläkt som lät som ett mindre propellerplan. Helt okej frukost men inga glutenfria valmöjligheter.

Laut Buchung ein Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungszimmer, was für mich bedeuten würde, 1,5 Zimmer. Bekommen, ein Standard Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Zustellbett. Wir allerdings 4 Person. Weiteres Einzelbett wurde aber direkt zu Verfügung gestellt. Zimmer ziemlich staubig. Ein Bild lag am Boden statt an der Wand. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, große Auswahl und von allem da.

Väldigt trevlig personal men hotellet i sig var inget extra. Det var väldigt varmt på rummen. Ingen AC och utanför hotellet var det väldigt högljutt. Stökiga ungdomar. 3-4km från avfarten på motorvägen. Finns McDonalds/Burger King i närheten och bensinmacken Aral.
