Confuso, muito stress desnecessário

1)Muita confusao no horaro do check in e checkout. No anuncio esta como 11hs e 18hs, mas depois o proprietario informou qye nao isso e sim 11hs ate 12hs.E depois mudou de novo, passando o checkout para 10hs. Questionei e acabamos entrando em um "acordo" onde checkout foi as 12hs. 2) Na fornece roupa de cama e banho conforme anuncio. 3)CHURRASQUEIRAS: TODAS IMUNDAS COM RESTOS DE CARVAO E CARNES PODRES, como tambem as grelhas 4) jacuzzi. Imunda, suja, com lodo.Pedi para limpar e disse que o rapaz que cuida da piscina nao faz isso. E quem faz? Tive que limpar. 5) Proprietario nao sabe o que é PRIVACIDADE, monitoramento em cameras nos corredores e piscina sem autorizaçao e nao descrito no anuncio. Limpeza antes do horario do checkout. Tive que proibir entrada de funcionarios do sitio.6) A casa nao possui quartos. A casa é composta de uma sala grande e a cozinha. No lado de fora ficam aa suites. NAO TEM BAMHEIRO NA CASA PRINCIPAL. Quartos bons porem para mim foi complicado pois meus filhos sao pequenos e deixa-los em uma suite externa sozinhos...foi complicado. O acesso para as suites eram na propria varanda, mas msm assim, era independente. Uma das suites ficavam nos fundos, mesma coisa, externa. O anuncio nao informa isso e se eu sobesse jamais teria alugado. Mais uma dica, informar isso no anuncio.7) Vizinho tacou fogo no mato e a fumaca era insurportavel. Ficamos esperando cerca de 1h para a fumaca dissipar e poder usar a area externa. Sei que a culpa nao é do proprietario

Um carnaval inesquecível.

Alugamos o imóvel para os dias de carnaval. Éramos 9 pessoas, sendo 6 adultos e 3 crianças e um pequeno cachorrinho. O proprietário foi muito atencioso e nos forneceu todas as informações necessárias. Atendeu-nos com muita cortesia e agilidade sempre que por nós consultado. O Imóvel é realmente um encanto, bastante espaçoso, confortável, muito bem aparelhado, e cercado por uma natureza exuberante, o que nos proporcionou momentos de muita paz e alegria. O único problema que enfrentamos foi a precariedade da estrada de acesso ao imóvel, agravado pelas fortes chuvas que antecederam a nossa chegada. Recomendo esse imóvel a todos que desejarem momentos de muita paz e tranquilidade.

Execelentes dias

Roberto foi um excelente anfitrião ao receber minha família. A casa é extremamente agradável, os quartos estavam todos prontos e com limpeza impecável. Inclusive, de última hora adicionei um hóspede, que rapidamente foi resolvido pelo Roberto. Ficamos boa parte do tempo na área da piscina e no jardim muito amplo. Geladeiras limpas e espaçosas, utensílios disponíveis e de qualidade, churrasqueiras muito boas. Tudo em excelente estado. Achamos a casa ainda melhor que nas fotos. Fez bastante frio à noite, mas estávamos preparados e havia bons cobertores na casa. Fácil acesso e com vizinhança tranquila. Não tivemos qualquer problema. Tivemos assessoria do Vitor, indicado pelo Roberto, que nos deixou tranquilos com o check out. Recomendo e voltaremos assim que possível!

Carnaval maravilhoso com os amigos no sítio!!!!

Fui com um grupo de amigos e passamos um carnaval muito especial. A casa e os quartos são aconchegantes e ficamos muito bem acomodados, as crianças curtiram muito o espaço. O local é ideal para quem quer desligar da correria do dia a dia da cidade e relaxar. Bem localizado e próximo aos centros de Miguel Pereira e Paty de Alferes. O Roberto proprietário nos atendeu super bem e tirou todas as nossas dúvidas. Voltaremos em breve!

As fotos da da casa fala por si só, porem ao chegar vc vê que é muito melhor que as fotos , casa ampla , aconchegante , uma sala linda , os quartos muito bom , sem contar que o clima em paty é muito agradável, a piscina é maravilhosa. A casa é muito bem cuidada e limpa, o Roberto muito atencioso , deu todas as dicas, tudo muito arrumado e de fácil localização. A casa é top !! já estamos querendo voltar

Passei o réveillon com amigos e família nessa casa. A casa é maravilhosa, é muito melhor do que nas fotos, gostamos bastante. Tudo limpinho, a casa está em ótimas condições e o dono é muito gente boa e nos recebeu muito bem. Sem contar a piscina que foi o que nos encantou de cara. Maravilhosa!!!!! É um lugar muito tranquilo e muito gostoso para descansar e/ou curtir com a família e amigos. Super recomendo e com certeza voltarei mais vezes! Fabiana

Excelente casa. Ampla, organizada e arejada. Recebi a casa em perfeitas condições. Limpa e com roupa de cama e banho. Ótimo para as crianças. 2 horas do Rio. Vale a pena!
