保爾丁縣出租公寓

「The experience was okay. We had issue with the door lock when we arrived had to wait for the host to show up and let us in. The closet handle was broken also the balcony furniture was broken. The towels had an odor so we had to wash them. The spring bed wasn’t comfortable.」

「Location was good. The view from the apartment was great! Check-in was not as smooth as it could have been. Basics like shampoo, paper towel, dish soap, etc… not provided. It was stated a hot tub was on property grounds, but there wasn’t one. Pool area is awesome! Just make sure you have wristbands. The people working at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. It would have been helpful to have information about the layout of the apartment building and where things are located.」

「The host was great witn communication and the area was very safe!」

「We stayed here because we were in Atlanta one night for a concert. It was about a 4 minute drive to State Farm Arena where our concert was. I was a little concerned about safety at first, but over night the street and surrounding areas were very quiet and we did not feel unsafe during our stay. The duplex was a little on the older side, but is well maintained and was very clean upon our arrival. I will definitely stay here again.」

「Bus 10 and 3 were very unreliable. Unless you have a car or call a taxi/uber, expect to walk to downtown or at least the train station. A lot of homeless persons in the area, feral cats, and trash. The apartment itself was great - clean, smelled good, beds were nice, AC and hot water worked, etc. No problems there. Just know the environment you're going to end up in.」

「Very cool, clean, spacious, convenient, and well decorated and outfitted villa. So much better than staying in a hotel.」

「This was a great sized space for my family. Everything was clean and inviting. Super comfortable furniture, blankets, and pillows. My son was a sucker for the candy jar. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would definitely come back to stay!」

「The property manager was great and was very helpful and willing to help in anyway possible very welcoming and friendly The only drawback was not having a stovetop inside and it mentioned a griddle when it was only a grill with a one eye side cook top. I would highly recommend staying here」

「Property as listed, easy to find and access.」

「Yard was so pretty. Adorable koi pond and water garden. Place was clean. Nice extra touches.」

「Everything that was stated on VRBO was most accurate. the property was exactly as advertised . Could not have been better. Ashley was most attentive and communicative when we needed anything. I asked for more towels if possible, they were at my front door in 30 minutes. Fabulous view of the whole Atlanta skyline, corner unit to boot. 」

「The unit is at the back bottom corner of the community. The cell signal and wi-Fi signal was very poor in the unit. The T.V. was not set up and we had to have someone come in to set it is even then had to log in to our accounts to try to get the tv to work and couldn’t get local channels. Spiderwebs were in every window and under all the cabinet in the kitchen and bathrooms, we killed several. The ottoman and the carpet in the master have stains on them. There was trash under the beds and...
