In the heart of Périgord Noir, we invite you to stay with family or friends in this pretty house for 6 people, with swimming pool and semi-high shelter, in the quiet of the countryside.
After a few steps, you enter this stone house, where you will discover an open and well-equipped kitchen. To prepare good meals, you will find an induction hob, oven, microwave, as well as fridge-freezer and dishwasher. For breakfast, a filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster will get the day off to a good start. The dining room, located on the veranda, welcomes you around its large convivial table, and the TV lounge will allow you to relax in front of a good movie or to vibrate in front of a sporting event.
Do you want to enjoy the sun? Enjoy your meals on the 35 m² terrace, where you will find a barbecue to prepare tasty grilled meats.
On the night side, three bedrooms are available to you: the first has a queen size bed (160x200), the second has a double bed (140x190) and the third has two single beds (90x190). Finally, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete this property.
The outside offers, in addition to the private pool, a space for children, with a swing and a ping pong table.
