Paradise Point: Luxury Beachfront Home with Views
Located on the exclusive north end of Pawleys Island, Paradise Point features dazzling views of midway inlet, South Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches.
Comprised of 4,000 square feet of open living space and covered porches, the house is fully appointed with granite counters, custom cabinetry, and professional-grade appliances.
This reverse floor plan features 7 bedrooms and 7 baths: 1 king master suite w/ private bath and 1 queen guest bedroom w/ private bath on the top floor. 5 remaining bedrooms on the 1st floor include: 1 king with private bath, 1 king with shared bath, 1 queen with private bath, 1 queen with shared bath, the final room has 2 bunk beds = 4 twins with private bath. The study features a pull-out sofa with a shared bath. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions.
Washer and Dryer on both 1st and 2nd floors.
Basic cable and WIFI included.
Sleep capacity is 18.
Exterior features include a saltwater pool and hot tub, a gas grill, hot and cold showers, covered and screened porches, and a private boardwalk to the beach.
Please Note: there is a Pool heating fee of $500 per week.

Great place The house had plenty of room for all 14 of us The beach was close and easy to enjoy.
The property was Beautiful. The beach was on two sides of the house and easy to get to. The pool and hot tub were great for just relaxing and enjoying each other. We loved the house the beach and all of the accommodations, I hate that the Dorian (the huricain) ended our stay three days early . Hopefully we will be able to visit this property again .

Beautiful house with gorgeous views! Best location on Pawleys Island!
Perfect house for a family reunion. The location is perfect for fishing, kayaking and typical beach activities. We enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub every day. There is plenty of outdoor pool and porch furniture and it is of high quality. Super comfortable house for a large group. A great spot to vacation!
