The bathroom was not clean..it was hair in the shower...the screen was broken on the window..it was tiles coming up off the floor as you get off the elevator...the staff was amazing from Victoria the manager to the night lady and even the next morning guy was great...hands down your staff was excellent ...

Very clean and cozy house. Perfect for our family get together. Communication with the host was excellent and check in/out was very easy. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was as pictured, clean, quiet and very comfortable with sweet seasonal touches(for us it was Valentines day). It was the perfect setting to spend time with our OSU students. The hoat was very welcoming and responsive. The beds were super comfy with quality linens.
