Private: property 5'000 m2, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (5 x 9 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Steep motor access to 200 m from the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 8 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 8 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, cooking island) with dining table. Sep. WC.
