「Buen ubicado. Habitaciones muy espaciosas. Excelente elección」

「我們住的是家庭房，原先的起居室的沙發變成小朋友的床，沙發床攤開後，走道就顯得狹窄。原先的小餐桌也被移到主臥室。 但優惠的價格可以換到兩房不會互相干擾的空間，加上緊鄰許多餐廳，以及離車站不遠。算是超值的旅館，值得推薦。」

「Great property in a great location for either the Old Town or the Airport. Geneva transport is free! The building is well equipped with a recreation centre below housing a boldering area, laser tag, restaurants etc. Very clean with a great view of the Alps. The only issue with check-in was the lack of wifi and mobile data connections on first entry and, due to the apartment being keyless, it was a bit awkward. Otherwise it’s fantastic!」

Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très loin des prestations attendues et nous souhaitons vous faire part de plusieurs dysfonctionnements majeurs qui ont fortement impacté notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté la présence d’un rat mort juste devant l’entrée de l’hôtel, ce qui est totalement inacceptable d’un point de vue sanitaire et d’image.
