「We were a family with a small child traveling. This was the first spot to the beginning of our euro trip and it was a God send. Andrei and his wife were super attentive, welcoming, friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing and unforgettable one. They have transportation option from the airport. The lodging is close to the ski lift in a walking distance. 「Lumbo was an amazing host. He was welcoming and friendly, and whilst his English wasn't perfect he and his chef went out of their way to help us with our stay. We were fed with delicious home cooked cuisine every breakfast. We enjoyed the newly installed sauna in the evenings after a days skiing! Lumbo really went the extra mile, finding me a dentist and acting as a translator when I suffered tooth pain at the end of our stay. 「I booked this hotel last minute for perhaps cheapest price from available in internet to enjoy skiing in Borovets for 2 days. I am very satisfied with this affordable choice, because driving to/from borovets is easy by microbus going each 1/2 hour from Samokov bus station for price 1.30 BGN only. I enjoyed also visit to Samokov Monastery - service each evening at 17:00 - right after skiing.」
