The beautiful Villa Sany, situated in the heart of Istria, is the ideal choice for those dreaming of a relaxing holiday. This rustic stone villa has a large, private and meticulously maintained garden where the youngest guests can run about whilst the rest of the group enjoys the sun by the pool. Next to the pool with its hydromassage feature is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, where you can prepare local specialities and dine al fresco whilst surrounded by the scent of the Mediterranean. The interior of the villa has been lovingly furnished. All the rooms are on the first floor; the ground floor is not available for hire. There are three bedrooms, a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. With three bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to six people. One of the bedrooms even has its own terrace overlooking the pool area and the garden. The villa is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi and three parking spaces. The stunning Villa Sany is situated in the heart of Central Istria and is surrounded by beautiful, peaceful countryside. Just a short drive from the villa, you’ll find Pazin Castle and the Pazin Cave, where you can try out Croatia’s most famous zipline ride. There is also a riding club and a children’s playground nearby. From Pazin, the coastal towns of Istria are easily accessible – Poreč and Rovinj on the west coast, and Pula in the south of the peninsula. In Central Istria, you can visit the numerous small, medieval towns and sample traditional specialities, whilst enjoying beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, which is irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Istria is renowned for its cuisine – the famous Istrian prosciutto, pork fillet and sausages have a distinctive flavour and aroma, whilst the fish and seafood come from the idyllic archipelago. Central Istria is ideal for cycling and hiking.
