「Very clean! Each bed has 4 fluffy pillows, very comfortable beds. Each bedroom has a tv, very nice! Nice game room. We really enjoyed our stay and will return when we are in Rockford. Only negative for larger groups: This did not affect us, there were only 3 of us. However, there are only 3 bath towels and 1 beach towel. 」

Great location, perfect for what we need. The stairs were a bit steep, and bedrooms upstairs, so if you have difficulty with stairs, be sure to have help.」

「We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway. 「Booked for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The cabin is large! Enough space for big families. We didn’t end up taking out the canoes but we did enjoy the fire pit and afternoon lounging overlooking the water. So peaceful and truly relaxing. There’s a grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils and some spices. Love this because they usually aren’t and we always stay in and cook at these types of cabin rentals.
