“The staff were intrusive and didn’t respect privacy, asking too many unnecessary questions about personal belongings. The room was not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the facilities felt outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, not a pleasant experience.”

“Very unsatisfied with my stay in the twin room. Cleanliness was terrible, with stains on all the towels and bed sheets. Pillows all smells mouldy. Bathroom without exhausting fan and with strong sewage smells. On the first night there were two huge spiders in our room, we can’t find anyone to help at around 10.30pm because reception finished work at 10pm. We couldn’t sleep until around 1am because we only managed to kick one of the two spiders out. I told the reception girl the next morning that……
