"The hotel was fine. A few places to eat right on the same block. Train station one block away, and the Train system was pretty easy to navigate. The area isn’t as sketchy as it looks from google street view. A few homeless around."

"Friendly staff. Although an old hotel, need to be renewed. But the price was fare and the location is good. Close to the Tiwte bus terminal and easy acces to the airport. Good and free parking "

"Gostamos da localização, de como tudo é limpo e organizado. O que mais nos impressionou foram as pessoas que trabalham lá. A Jane nos tratou muito bem, tão atenciosa e paciente com nossos pedidos. Elias também nos serviu bem e conseguiu achar um pudim delicioso que estávamos querendo. O André foi muito gentil, atencioso e nos tratou super bem nas 2 semanas que estivemos por lá. Obrigada a vocês por tudo. O calor não ajudou muito mas a academia de ginástica poderia ser mais moderna e com um ar condicionado mais forte já que é no último piso. A água do chuveiro do nosso segundo quarto também não estava ficando quente e isso foi um pouco incômodo para tomar banho de manhã cedo. Mas com certeza voltaríamos lá e recomendarei pra quem estiver passando por São Paulo. "

"The staff were wonderful; however, they initially placed us in the first room, where the television did not work, nor did the internet, and we were transferred to another room. The transfer was handled very easily, but even so, we still had issues with the internet, and the in-room device that connects to the front desk—the telephone—was not working. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and trouble-free."
