Lovely Villa in Coral Bay

A beautiful large Villa close to Coral Bay and it's gorgeous beach and resort. The private pool at the Villa was a fantastic area to relax and cool off from the sun. All of the rooms in the Villa were large and well furnished and the beds were very comfortable.

Relaxing

A beautiful villa very private and loads of room, beautiful sunset every night from bedroom balcony , air conditioning fabulous and really needed , our only minor issue was the shower units more so for villa owners as could not help getting floors wet when showering but overall 10 out of 10

Lovely half term break

Sometimes you see the pictures and hope that it is the same, with this Villa you do not have to worry as it is better than the photos. My family (wife and 2 adult children) had a great week here. From the moment we booked we have had a great service, as we arrived we knew we were going to have a great time. Electric gates open onto a shared driveway (The second Villa) therefore passing traffic whether foot or vehicle is far away to be as not a problem. The pool was in direct sunlight the whole day, plently on umbrellas though for shade. Had some lovely meals from the BBQ outside on the small terrace. All in all it was a great week, sad to have had to leave. Thanks Theo

Mariandy 1 villa

Myself and my family had a two week holiday at this villa. All of us had an amazing time and found the villa perfect both for location, size and amenities, we had no complaints whatsoever. The owner of the villa and his family were exceptional in making us feel welcome and the avenue of communication was second to none. We would not hesitate to visit Coral Bay again and stay at this villa.

Not all the pics are accurate of this property, it is very worn villa now and there are lots of ants. The pool will need to be debugged several times a day. WiFi didn’t work.

Great stay

We stayed in Villa 1 whilst our friends stayed in Villa 2. Both families had a great stay and the villas came with everything you should need. We loved the fact that we were in our own private area. Will definitely visit again!

Cyprus for the first time

Vi har trivts utmärkt. Både vuxna och barn. Vi saknade några fler tallrikar o glas. Det var lite många kackerlackor. Vi rekommenderar restaurang Arabis och deras trevliga personal. Atlantis turtelwatch från Pafos var en fantastisk upplevelse. Vi hade tyckt det varit bra att fått ett sms med kod till grind o dörr innan ankomst. Vi rekommenderar boendet.

Excellent villa

Villa is very spacious. Car port was ideal, it kept the car cool during the day. Some bars and restaurants within walking distance. Gated villas so only the guests coming and going. Pool very welcoming with steps at both ends. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Execellent villa.

The villa is a lot more nicer in person than what the photos show. Very good size and modern throughout. The villa is easy to find, is behind a key coded electric gate. Within walking distance to Coral Bay and approx. A 15 minute drive to Kato Pafos (€25 Taxi).

Little gem

Owners very responsive. On arrival there was bottled water, a loaf of bread, butter, jam & milk also some coffee sachets which was a nice touch. We were a group of two couples & three teenagers but there was plenty of room for us to have our own bit of space. There is everything you need for a self catering holiday. Pool area is fantastic. About 10/15 minute walk to beach & main strip. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Cyprus.

Beautiful villa

We stayed in Mariandy 1 in July 17 for 2 weeks.. 4 adults and 3 children this villa had everything you need for self catering.. not far from the coral bay town about 10 min walk, same length of time to the supermarket. About 10 mins to the beach in the opposite direction. Plenty of buses to take you in to the main town of Paphos and to the shopping mall. Villa was very clean and up to date any questions we had the owner came out to see you or were just a phone call away. What I will say is hire a car, yes everything is within walking distance but with 3 children and in the heat of July a 10 min walk feels like an hour walk. The bus stop into the main town of Paphos is about 10 min walk away so having a car would just make life easier. Will be booking this villa in the future had a wonderful time in Cyprus.

Casa muy cómoda.

Casa muy amplia y bien situada y orientada. Tiene frutales y amplias terrazas. Sólo hemos echado en falta un mínimo de productos de limpieza en la casa. El dueño muy amable y atento.
