"In March I booked stay for one night at Bleis in May but I realized soon I could not make it from the airport before the reception closed. I asked them to move the stay one day that I could stay in another hotel and drive to them in the morning. They offered to have reception open one hour more but still I could not manage to arrive in time. I asked them several times but I got no answer from hitel Bleis on that request. And no possibility to cancel and refund. I had to book a other hotel to...

"The hotel was very unique--very old, but well kept on the inside. Our room was very large, with a loft and cooking facilities, which were very convenient. Good place to stay on the way to Passo Stelvio, about 1 hour and 45 minutes away."

"This is a very dated property. The trees are over grown. The lobby is dingy and feels very out of date. The flower boxes were all unwatered and dead. The breakfast service was quite limited and focused on doughnuts. The room had out of date linens and had electrical outlets falling off the wall. Unless you are desparate, there ar probably better places to stay like the Hotel Canada on the opposite side of town. "
