Since you made your reservation on Hotels.com it is difficult for me to know exactly where the error came from. Unfortunately, the night that you were here we were completely full and could not correct this error by giving you a king room or we certainly would have. My apologies for all of this.

Hi Robin, I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay here, except for our air conditioner in your room. Did you speak to the staff about your AC unit? In those cases we would be happy to move you to another room if possible. I am sorry that it was annoying. We try to make sure each room is completely comfortable for you. My apologies.

I am sorry that you were not aware of the options for breakfast within walking distance from our hotel. I know that our breakfast is not yet back to normal yet due to the items being removed due to Covid. We are struggling with being sure what our guests want us to do about the hot food that was serve yourself so we have chosen to remain safe and not introduce such items back onto our buffet yet.
