「Walked into the room and roaches on the floor up the walls bathroom toilet was leaking all over the floor. Did not stay shut door and left」

「The hotel smells nice in the halls, but the first room we were placed in smelled like marijuana, cigarettes and mold. The chair in the room was broken. We asked to be move and the front desk quickly changed our room when they heard the concerns. The fire alarm went off in the evening. Some folks left, some didn’t. Apparently if you take too hot a shower the steam sets off the alarm. We traveled with young kids who were frightened after this experience. Breakfast was ok. We have stayed in...

「This was very adequate facility. No frills but the cost was very acceptable. All things were clean and in working order. If I ever return to Jacksonville I would use this facility again.」

「The room and lobby were clean and so was the rest of the facility. I just had to clean and then spray lysol on the filters of the A/C ventilation system. Housekeeping should do that as part of their tasks. The staff and front desk were friendly, courteous and hospitable. We didn't stay for breakfast at the hotel as we ate breakfast at the Metro Diner which was really right across the street from the hotel. 「we booked a double but when we arrived were told there was only a king available. however, when i walked around the building for exercise in the evening, there seemed to be plenty of doubles unoccupied. the second bed was a couch pullout with no sheets on the stained mattress and no blanket, the doors didn't fit well with lots of light showing all around, there was no switch for the fan in the bathroom, there were 2 tvs but only 1 remote. little things like that made us decide we need to be...
