Nice clean room in an older style hotel. Room is on the smaller side of average but still fine. Check in was very good and quick. Staff checked in with us right after we went to our room to make sure everything was fine. Small TV in room and ice machine only available in hotel lobby area. They had a secured underground parking garage which was nice since there might be frost tomorrow morning.

We love the pemberton lodge

We love this lodge. The surrounding is so beautiful and accessible right out the door. The room is so comfortable and has every thing you need. My only disappointment was that the room was never service during our 3 day stay

A hidden gem!

First time we stayed here. What a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff was super helpful, they really went above and beyond. The pool and hot tub was nice, the room clean and convenient with kitchen utensils etc. Kids had a great time. Will definitely be back!

This is my fourth time staying here in the past 10 years. Always the same friendly service. Quality, comfortable and very welcoming. We love Pemberton — add in the restaurants, cafes and local shops, the PVL is the cherry on top :)

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a dip in the hot tub. The view from our room was the parking lot and the road so, not ideal. Ask for a room at the back.
