「Communication with Mike was AWESOME. I had a few questions from everyone and Mike was quick to answer! Check in was easy peasy, and our place was just as described. There were 7 of us and it was tight, but we made it work!! We had two ladies with knee issues, so we were worried about the stairs, but the handrails were very secure and they felt safe going up and down. The kitchen was stivked and there were things in the fridge and cupboard for us to use (we contributed when we left as well)....
