Idealer Standort um schnell am Meer, aber auch in den Bergen zu sein (GranSasso- und Majella-Bergmassiv).Auch Dank Herrn R. hatten wir so eine tolle Zeit - sehr höflich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend sind passende Eigenschaften des Vermieters.Man ist zu Fuß in 5-7 Minuten im Stadtkern (auf dem Corso) zu kann den Flair eines italienischen Städtchens und trotzdem eine Ruhe und Natur genießen. Communication with the owners, Stefania and Augusto, was excellent – very friendly and prompt replies, precise and helpful.The apartment is very clean and tidy. “Le logement ne vaut absolument pas son prix. Le bâti est fonctionnel et pourrait être agréable ms :- l'ameublement est minimaliste et de mauvaise qualité sans aucune authenticité ni personnalité (chaises inconfortables, aucune place pour ranger les courses, aucun meuble dans la salle de bain, pas de cintres ds la penderie..- la cuisine est réduite à une taque, un évier, un lave vaisselle et 50cm de plan de travail- très peu de vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine : pas de couteau de cuisine, pas……
