「The neighborhood was creepy. Mail was on the doorstep unopened, the owner never communicated the code to get in. I sent a text/email and never got a response. The neighbors were doing drugs. … some sort of sniffing, smoking?!? We felt totally unsafe and went to an Embassy Suites. I would expect a full refund and have contacted my credit card company to enter a complaint. I would never recommend this place to anyone !!!」

「This is the second year that my wife and I joined my daughter's family at this house. We chose it for its location on the river and it having a beach. We brought a small sailboat with us and had a great time on the river and the beach. The layout suited our needs with a downstairs master bedroom. 「We had a wonderful stay at this property while attending the University of Delaware football game. The drive to the stadium was about 20 minutes with traffic, which was very convenient. The hosts were AMAZING and incredibly accommodating, making our visit smooth and comfortable. The location is excellent, with outstanding restaurants, a movie theater, and a mall just minutes away.
