“This is, as described, an old house. However, everything worked and the entertainment was terrific. The grandkids loved the toys and the inflatable water slide. A visit with the farm animals and the authentic Amish buggy rides were included with the fare. The owner, David Stoltzfus is a genuine pleasure to speak with and his kids are more than willing to help as well.”

“Our family loved the fact that I was close to the battlefield, some of it right in your backyard, but far enough away from the majority of the town that you could relax and enjoy the time you were there. We had 4 children with us and they all enjoyed being able to run around outside and relax in the evenings. Great location, easy check in and plenty of room.”

“This property far exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and not lacking for appointments. Our host Lindsey allowed us to check in early so we could get ready for a wedding rehearsal. A space that accommodates 11 people is hard to find. We were so thrilled with the house and all it had to offer.”

“Don’t stay here!!! The house was dirty. I understand it is a farmhouse but I don’t know what part of the house was fully renovated. We had to make the beds with the sheets provided. Wasn’t sure if the pillow cases were clean so I took off the pillow cases and the pillows were disgusting. They were stained and yellow. One of the rooms smelled like urine. We opened the windows and the window sills were full of bugs. The mattresses were old and lumpy. The bedding looked like it was……

“We enjoyed staying here for a special weekend away with family. The house was well-stocked, clean and very private. The host was quick to answer questions and be of assistance. We appreciated even the little details like fans in the bedrooms, hooks for towels and games to play. I only wish we had more time to be there and enjoy the beautifully peaceful setting.”
