“We had a maginificent stay here with my family to celebrate our wedding. The house was stunning as was the location. Our host was fantastic with communication and very easy to work with. It was clean, we had everything we needed and we will definifely be coming back! If i could give 10 stars I would!”

“First, when we visited, there was a new set of stairs down to the water that were excellent. Second, the water pressure in the shower was amazing.The cabin is plain, but very functional. The location is quiet, very quiet. There are cars going by on the road but very few. There are boaters on the lake, but only a couple at a time. One night the loons were out and it was very nice. If you take the stairs down to the bottom and the weather is clear, you can see Katahdin.I would stay there again.”

“We were so amazed at the cleanliness of the cabin and the beautiful location on Chemo Pond. The cabin was well stocked with linens and paper products. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We were close to both Bar Harbor and Bangor and spent a few days sightseeing. We bought live lobsters in Bangor and caught some fish in the pond so we made a seafood feast at the cabin. One day we just sat at the side of the pond, dipped our feet in the water, and enjoyed the scenery for……

“We loved our stay at camp my own! Such a cute and cozy place and perfect for my husband and two dogs. We brought our boat and did a lot of fishing. Lots of small mouth! The place is amazing being right on the water and we loved hanging on the dock. Such a special spot ! ”

“This is a cabin on a lake. It's simple. No tv, microwave, washer/dryer or dishwasher. It has 2 bedrooms and a large living area. It was super clean. Basic cooking needs. Sometimes you need to be creative. The outdoor grill worked great. Best of all is the lake! Crisp clean water! Lots of fish caught off the dock. Definitely recommend!!”
