Great house and we've enjoyed staying on several occasions.

Great house and we've enjoyed staying on several occasions. Only two quibbles are that the price seems to have gone up year on year and at over 900 for an out of season week it is quite expensive and some of the equipment didn't seem to work (e.g. microwave and kitchen hand blender).

Great getaway location

Great well equipped house, finished to a lovely standard as a home from home. Good location to access the North East Lakes with nearby attractions, walks and pubs as well as quick access to other areas. Good circular walk from the house and the view from the top of the hill is worth the walk ! Would definitely recommend to others and especially good for families.
