The view was wonderful and the condo was equally wonderful. We loved the easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. The complimentary beach chair and umbrella rental was used every day as were the pools. There was plenty of space in the condo for 8 people. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice. We would definitely stay again!

Great condo! Clean and well kept! Easy beach and pool access, no noise issues from other guests, really the perfect stay! Only thing that I didn't see mentioned in any descriptions is limited amount of laundry and dishwasher pods. It worked out fine, but just something to be aware of. And no spices or anything are kept in the house, so if cooking, be prepared to purchase everything but table salt and pepper. Not huge issues, just nice to know when planning for groceries.

Very disappointed

Wasn't told about my balcony i spent alot of money for being closed off for 8 hours a day while construction was going on. Would have never booked here if known terrible communication with the Beach Bum team as well never got back to me about this

Girls Trip

Could not have asked for a better place! So spacious, super clean, easy access into the condo, amazing access to the beach. It was truly like being at home. You won’t need to pack the extras because they are already there.

Gorgeous!

This place was stunning! The ocean views were incredible and the unit was beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable - I was able to open my door and sleep to the sounds of the ocean! Can’t wait to go back soon!

Family Thanksgiving

The condo is beautiful and super comfy. Love how the bedrooms are separated considering sq ft it makes for privacy if needed. The kitchen is well stocked to cook. The oven needs replacement as it cooks unevenly and the smoke detector goes off when open oven door however no smoke. The cleaning staff does not thoroughly clean but we enjoyed our stay.

Sibling Reunion

We had a sibling reunion - family came from ohio and new jersey. Weather was perfect, enjoyed local amenities. The view was spectacular. We all had a wonderful time.

Gorgeous unit

This was one of the nicest units our group has rented. Extremely well kept and well appointed. Even down to plenty of hangers in the closet. There was one window that had lost its seal but otherwise the views were beautiful. Our only real negative was some rude people at the pool who’d had a bit too much to drink and made us and others uncomfortable. If there was more onsight management it could have been better handled. Otherwise we loved it and plan to return!

Great Views

Have stayed at Emerald Isle the past (10) years and the first time in a 3 BR. Condo very nice and provided all amenities of home. Felt the unit was very clean upon arrival and would rent this unit again.

Lovely Beach Trip

We loved our stay at this beachfront condo. The view and location were great, and the condo was well equipped and very clean. The pool area was kept very nice and very enjoyable. We loved everything about our stay and would stay here again.

Very nice

The property was clean and beautiful. We loved the design, furniture, and ocean view. The first day there was an issue with the water pressure but the property manager reached out to us in advance to let us know about the issue and had maintenance on site the very next day. The property manager was easy to contact and responsive when we had questions. During our stay, there were some workers replacing boards to the walkway going out to the beach. We also heard a little bit of construction taking place on other floors so it seems the owners work hard to maintain the property. I was a little disappointed that the pools were not heated so the water was a bit cold. I heard the motor to the heated pool was broken but I'm not sure because I did not bother complaining to the property manager. The location was excellent. I have trouble with my knees so it's hard to walk on the beach if it is too steep. The beach behind emerald isle was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach (using the walkway) and the beach was a smooth slope. We were also close to many shops and restaurants. Some guests complained about having too many codes to access the property. You have a 6 digit code to enter the parking lot and the building. Then you have another code to enter your condo. I didn't mind the codes but we had a little trouble when a car in front of us couldn't remember their code to enter the parking lot. I think using a name would be easier for guests. Loved our stay though!

Great family get away

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was within walking distance or free golf cart ride from all the dinner locations we visited. My kids appreciated all the sand toys that were available inside the laundry room.

Mama's Getaway!

My 83 year old mother wanted to go to the beach! This property was perfect for her to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. It was a very short walk to the beach so we were able to get her there fairly easily. Was definitely a bonus that 2 chairs and umbrella were included.

Great condo!

This is my second time to this property and first time for this condo. Definitely would rent this unit again, the panoramic view is gorgeous!! Very roomy and clean. Great location to everything. Had a few issues with getting into building itself with code, but they quickly gave me another one and it worked fine. Great pool and walkway to beach. 5 stars on everything!

Amazing!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The check in process was easy and the condo had everything we needed. The views of the ocean were awesome. We came with three small kids and the condo had beach toys. The beach and pool were super easy to get to. I’d book this place again!

Spring break fun

Property was clean and comfortable. Description spot on. We had every thing we needed. Only negative is parking. You are only allowed 2 parking passes and we had 4 cars. We had to park 2 vehicles at the casino beach parking lot which wasn’t ideal.
