Beach lover's paradise

1 Bedroom 1 bath suite sleeps up to 4 adults comfortably (Pullout Sofa ). Island location means Ocean in the front Sound in the back. Fishing pier, swimming pool, and all the expected comforts and activities. Close by entertainment, clubs, and bars. Man made dive reef minutes down the road. Best weather in all of Florida. Local attractions include the Naval air Museum, the uss Alabama Museum and gift shop. Pensacola public beach to the west and Navara Public beach to the east.

Gorgeous view with everything you need

Property is in a great location with the view of the bay just outside the bedroom window providing beautiful sunset views! Clean and quiet. Absolutely perfect for the two of us!!

Key Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our small family. We enjoyed swimming in the bay and the trip across to the beach wasn’t bad at all. We love Navarre and would stay here again.

Perfect for family of 4!

When checking in, I had some trouble but I called Joe and he responded immediately and had a solution for my issue. This condo is in a perfect location with a beautiful view from the window and walking distance to the sound. Which was perfect for my littles. We really appreciated the calmer waters especially with the ocean side being yellow and red flags most of our stay. We ate at Windjammers which was only 5 min. away and right near the pier which is so fun to walk. We saw dolphins and sea turtles! Everything is pretty near to the condo. The water to the shower is a little wonky which I was warned about by Joe. The hot water and cold water seem to be switched but once you get the temp just right it’s good to go. My only complaint is the pull out bed mattress isn’t very comfortable and the a/c blows directly on you all night. My daughter and I both woke up coughing from it. Also, there was no comforter for the pull out. I texted Joe but no response. I should have called him but we just made it work with some extra sheets and turned the a/c up. Overall we loved our stay! There was an elevator that took us up to the second floor and just a few short steps to the room. Everything was really clean and we were even gifted a basket full of goodies! There are also chairs you can use for the beach, washer and dryer and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. We were very comfortable as a small family of 4. None of us wanted to leave!

Not on or in walking distance to beach

Check in time 5:00 too late!!! Deal breaker #1 (Owner did allow us to get in an hour early when I called and asked) There is a pull out couch but if you are sleeping in bed you can’t get to bathroom without crawling over people on pull out sofa Deal breaker # 2 Renters are not allowed to adjust thermostat this is a deal breaker #3 Had to go buy sweat shirts for my grandchildren. This condo is not on beach neither is it walking distance to beach as it was advertised. Be careful on the road by the beach( no beach access) speed limit is 25 miles per hour which is asinine since there is no access to beach on this road!!!!!

Short stay

We enjoyed our stay. Check in process was a breeze and owner was helpful. We never did find the pool but we never looked hard as our primary purpose was a wedding. Expectations met! Please note the coffee pot is a single serve but worked well. Tried to use the blowup bed but it leaked air. Couches were comfortable.

A true beach lovers paradise

My wife and I stayed here during the 1st week of July. The fireworks displays were in every direction. Fantastic condo with all amenities we could possibly need. Beautiful view from window facing west overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound with breathtaking sunsets. The room was very clean and met our expectations. The beach is right in the neighborhood. Couldn't have been happier with the condo and the location. Thanks Joe for letting us stay here.

Beautiful Water Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here! Clean, comfortable condo for a family of 4. Enjoyed the fishing dock. Pavilion on the water is perfect for grilling out in the evenings. Swimming pool was clean and the kids loved it!

Great vacation!

The condo was great!! We had a group of five and made it work perfectly! The view of the sunset from the bedroom was incredible, we even got to see dolphins out in the bay! Thank you for everything definitely would rent again!

We enjoyed our time in the condo! Slept 4 adults and 1 child very comfortably. The Condo was clean when we arrived, and very easy to settle into. The pool was a very short walk away, and the views of the bay were amazing. Just a short drive for some quite beaches and just about anything you could need. We love Navarre, and we will be back for sure!

Beautiful Condo. Great owners, short walk to the beach.

Joe and Christina are great owners and have a very nice condo here. While the gulf beach is a short walk it isn't too far to get to the public beach walking. Condo was appointed nicely and clean when we arrived. It's down towards the end of all the properties on Gulf Blvd so if you like quiet and secluded beaches it's perfect. Great location to walk up and down if you like to walk. Beautiful sunset view directly from the bedroom window. Excellent Vacation, owners are Veteran friendly as well! Will be telling my friends.

The VRBO was very tidy and clean. Joe responded to my messages in a very timely manner and I felt comfortable knowing that someone was available whenever needed. I basically had a private beach and it was really quiet all around. I would stay there again!
