「Everything was good except I had to wait 2 hrs on my room to be ready. My check in time was for 3. Need to work on timing and making sure people are out the room on time I can see maybe 30 mins after but other than that, that’s to long to be waiting on a room after I done had everything booked and paid for before my arrival .」
