Grand Caribbean 410E - Condo 50 Yards from the Beach - NO HASSLE CHECK OUT

Grand Caribbean is located gulf side, 100 yards from the beach, with private boardwalk access. Captain’s bunks built into the hallway and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area allow for extra sleeping and make Grand Caribbean an excellent value. This 700 SF ground-floor unit has a private patio with direct access to the pool and picnic area. Wood composite flooring throughout.  107 East is the ground floor with a private patio and great pool access.  The condo was completely remodeled recently.

Only complaint- it is time to replace with new boxsprings and mattress. Overall Loved the decor and amenities!We have stayed MANY times at Grand Caribbean East, first time to stay on the 4th floor and loved the view! Look forward to feature bookings.

The condo was exactly as described. The location was great for restaurants and beach access. This was a wonderful family friendly unit. The property management is super friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay again if ever back to the area.

Perfect family getaway

The condo was so cute and had everything we needed for a week of family fun and relaxation. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beach was closer than I expected and was not crowded at all our whole stay. The view from the condo was amazing. I could see and hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We walked the beach in the morning and saw dolphins playing and jumping out of the water. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful! Amazing condo overall. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice property but needs a little more TLC

Nice view from the balcony. The unit was very clean except for mold around the bathtub and the showerhead and detachable showerhead did not work well. No towel racks in the bathroom. The overall lighting is poor; could use additional lower lighting available in the living room and kitchen. The complex seems well cared for. Overall a nice place to stay and just needs a little more work!
