Amazing downtown Pensacola rental

Perfect for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Had everything we needed and was close to restaurants and nightlife. Will definitely stay here again.

The carriage house is exactly as described, it is a real gem. Modern, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, engaging artwork and the Blue chandelier. This one of the nicest vrbo’s we have stayed at. Property manager was also quick to respond when we had an issue with the door and cooktop. Plus it is an ideal spot for access to downtown Pensacola. Make sure you visit the Global Grill for dinner an Joe Patti’s for fresh seafood

Wonderful property !

Cleanest rental we have ever stayed at ! Fully stocked, great amenities, and excellent communication during the stay with the owner. Neighborhood is super safe and quiet, walking distance to everything, and very private feeling.

Very modern, attention to detail with snacks, water. Everything we needed in kitchen was there. Location great, short two block walk to YMCA, that accepts Y membership from other Y's. Two blocks to many restaurants, shops. Just a very comfortable stay, would stay again in a heart beat!

Excellent quiet location in the downtown area. The unit was equipped with everything you could hope for…..and even some extras that were not expected. Thank you very much Debbie! Very clean and spacious. Excellent communication from the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Seville Neighborhood Stay in Pensacola

From the excellent instructions on where to park and how to reach the unit to the extra touches within the unit, having Debbie as our host made our first stay in Pensacola very comfortable and enjoyable. Debbie was fantastic with communicating with us whether we had a question or if she needed to give us information. The snacks, water, and wine left for us were a nice touch. The location of the home was convenient. We loved staying there and would definitely stay there again!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were responsive and so friendly. The space is beautifully decorated and the hosts seem to have thought of everything to make it comfortable. We love the historical neighborhood and the easy accessibility to downtown Pensacola. We will stay here again!!

Great location!

I’ve been to Pensacola many times and this location is great for walking everywhere in the historic downtown area. All the amenities we needed we available to us, and the beds were very comfortable. We’ll definitely book here again!
