The condo was absolutely perfect for our family! From the amenities to the view it was the best place to stay in perdido key. The beaches were beautiful and not near as packed. Great place to bring the kids for a quiet vacation. We will definitely be planning to stay here again in the near future.

For the price point, this is the perfect condo for a couple or small family. It needs coat of paint, a Keurig, new toilet seat, and higher quality linens. Otherwise perfect rental! Very nicely decorated and great location!

We had a great time during our stay! The home was clean and comfortable. It had a great view from our room. It was so nice to walk to the beach so close by. There were showers by the pool you could wash the sand off of you before coming in. Will definitely be back.

The condo was clean, very comfortable, and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed using the pool and the BBQ pit on the property. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and we cooked a couple meals there. There's also a view of the beach from the balcony. Johnson's Beach State Park is almost right next door and was the highlight of our trip. The beaches there are beautiful with plenty of space. We felt like we had our own private beach. Grand Caribbean is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it!

With the exception of no clothes detergent (included with rental) and the ice container that had something spilt in it and not cleaned out, it was a nice place to stay. We had a fantastic time. Would stay again.

Was very clean and kept. Everything was in working order. Box fans were available in the master closet. Floating floors easy to sweep and vacuum both of which were in the room. Would stay again! All neighbors that live there were very nice and kind!

There is a good view of the beach in 411W. You can see the ocean even though other condos are in front of it. It was clean enough and comfortable. There were some problems upon arrival but overall a decent stay.

The homeowner had everything you need as far as the kitchen is concerned and it was decorated super cute. I feel bad for the homeowner saying these things because it’s really their cleaning service that was not doing an adequate job.

Great location! 3 minute walk to the beach. Very clean! We were even supplied with dish machine and laundry soap for the first two nights and paper towels and toilet paper. Great view of the ocean despite not being on the beach. Perfect getaway for two! Would definitely do it again!

During our stay there was a power outage, we were in contact with Vacasa, and within minutes a manager was sending maintenance over. It happened to be a car accident that cause the power outage, but the fact that they were so resposive was huge for us. The pool and hot tub are amazing, easy access to the beach, and very clean.

The unit was very nice and clean with the best views of the complex. I've stayed at Grand Caribbean 3 times and 3 different units. W411 is nicely furnished. Only issue was the door and Internet codes did not work. There were no dish towels or pot holders?

We loved this place. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. The entire facility was very clean and quiet, especially during the week. The care takers and staff obviously took pride in making sure the pool and common areas were immaculate. One issue we had was that there is only ONE PARKING PASS PROVIDED. EVEN THOUGH THE LISTING SHOWS TWO PARKING SPACES. We had to change our plans to work around this and we were able to but it could have been a big problem for us.

We had to contact the property manager right away upon arrival, the VRBO listing shows this property comes with 2 parking passes. IT DOES NOT! But the property manager remedied the issue right away and let us use 2 since that played a large part in our booking it. She says she’s contacted VRBO many times to fix the listing. Otherwise, super clean, felt like a new rental. Perfect walking access to the beach and the property’s private pool. Easy to get in and out despite security features.

I'm a Pensacola native but transplanted to NC. My family (2 adults, 2 children, +1 adult sibling) had a great time staying here. It was nice and convenient to both beach and my grandmothers. Walk to the beach was easy minus private property beach lines. Take the short drive to Johnson beach for more room on the sand. The condo itself was clean except a few things found from probably previous visitors that was tucked under the bed and behind the nightstand. Also, washing machine might need a deep cleaning soon. Front loaders are notorious for mold build up. I would recommend bringing your own towels as there weren't any to use in the bathroom and no bathroom mats. Also, if you utilize the couch as sleeping arrangement, bring a blanket as well. My children slept in the bunks and enjoyed it, my adult sibling used a blanket off the bunk as my kids brought their own already from the trip. Would we stay here again, yes. It was nice and affordable.
