Spacious Carriage House w/private balcony in the heart of downtown Pensacola

This beautiful 870 square foot carriage house is located in Seville's Historic District within Pensacola's premier neighborhood, Aragon. It is fitted with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and private balcony overlooking downtown Pensacola. 10-foot ceilings and soft green and white hues give you and your guest a comfortable and elegant place to stay. The carriage house includes an inviting living room with a large leather sofa sectional, a dining area, one bedroom with a walk-in closet, and one full bath. It also has its own private entrance from the alley, private courtyard space, and free parking.

Around the corner is Palafox Street where you will find fine dining in our restaurants, such as Global Grill and Jackson's, elegant jewelry stores in Jewelers Trade and Elebashs, beautiful shops, the Wine Bar, and Bubba's Sweet Shop to name a few.

After stopping by Bubbas Sweet Shop, head on over to Admiral Fetterman Field, located within the Maritime Park and locally referred to as Blue Wahoos Stadium. Here you will find the Miami Marlins AA baseball team, the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. In addition, you will find commercial buildings, a waterfront public park and an amphitheater.

If you want to hop in the car, located less than 10 miles away you will find Pensacola's beautiful beaches. According to USA Today's 10Best Readers Choice Awards for 2018, Pensacola Beach was the #1 best beach in Florida. Drive along the beach and go explore Fort Pickens, a pentagonal historic US military fort completed in 1834 that remained in use until 1947.

Beautiful and Walkable

My husband and I enjoyed three days in this beautiful garage apartment in Seville Historic District. Quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Walkable neighborhood and close to Palafox, shops and places to eat. Doug was a great host. We look forward to staying here again

Beautiful property in a fantastic neighborhood!

This property was perfect for my daughter and me. We were in town for an event at the Pensacola Bay Center and were able to walk there every day. Historic areas with great restaurants were also within walking distance. Easy commute across the bridges to get to the beach. The neighborhood is contained and quaint in the best sense of the word. Spacious, clean, and a great place to stay for two people.

Loved this guesthouse! Loved the location! Would def stay again. Couple of findings: need mattress pad cover over mattress.cleaning service may need review; dishes left in dishwasher,old coffee pod in keurig,old noodle bowl left in micro,some random pieces of garbage left in odd corners. Only minor details. Loved the decor,felt safe,all other convenices great! Thank you for having us!

Carriage house in a beautiful neighborhood in downtown Pensacola. It had everything we were looking for and more. Was exactly like the pictures and discription. Minutes to anywhere downtown. Fifteen minutes to Pensacola Beach, twenty to Ft Pickens. We really hated to leave.

Beautiful carriage house in charming neighborhood

Doug was very gracious with our travel needs. He was also quick to respond. We had an issue while there, though Doug reassured it would be addressed immediately and welcomed us back for future stays. Great 1br in a beautiful downtown adjacent neighborhood. The space is private, above a garage separated by a courtyard from the main house. We stayed over a weekend and had a great experience. We would definitely recommend the property if you’re looking!!

This place is adorable! My husband had to be in downtown Pensacola for work and this place was wonderfully convenient for him.
