Living Areas & Kitchen
Inside, you’ll be greeted by TWO inviting living rooms—one with gorgeous views of the Bay and Perdido Key State Park, and the other overlooking the canal. The open floor plan keeps everyone connected, with the fully equipped kitchen located between both living areas. The kitchen boasts luxurious granite countertops, a matching granite backsplash, and everything you need to create memorable meals, from a gourmet dinner to a quick beach picnic.

Bedrooms & Comfort
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation, ensuring a restful retreat after a fun day at the beach or by the pool. The master suite features a cozy electric fireplace, a separate lounge area, and a private covered balcony. It’s your personal sanctuary. There’s also a guest bedroom on this floor and two additional rooms on the second floor, offering ample space for all your guests.

We provide a cooler with wheels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway, we provide kayaks! There are also 2 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts available across the street from the house!
