Walking distance to Beaches, Marina, Restaurants, Downtown Penticton and much more!
It is also a great place for Winter fun with Apex Mountain Downhill and Nickel Plate Cross Country Skiing. Also Ice fishing at Yellow lake. With relaxation at the many great restaurants, wineries, brew pubs etc. after a fun outdoor day.

Our house has 4.3 acres of vineyards and garden. It is across the street from the Famous KVR trail. At the beginning of the Naramata Bench and Dozens of Wineries, several within walking distance. It is walking distance from the Beaches and Marina. It has spectacular Lake view and Mountain view. It is around the corner from Munson Mountain and a new BMX park. Walking distance to Downtown Penticton, Restaurants, Pubs, etc. There are play water parks for children at the Okanagan Beach and Skaha Beach (Skaha not in walking distance). Local Landing is a fun park for kids at end of Okanagan Beach. Things like boating, water skiing, sailing are all available at the beach.
Penticton has something to offer everyone. From Golf to Spas and so much more. Our beautiful house is the perfect place to access it all. Or just relax on the deck and enjoy the views with a glass of excellent Okanagan Wine or Craft Beers.
