I think the only thing that I don’t like is that it’s a French press instead of just a regular coffee maker, but besides that the staff is super friendly it’s very convenient. They even provide beach towels for you too.

Since we were there after thanksgiving in October, it was really quiet as we were the only one in the motel the first night and just few others on the second night. So we did not have any neighbours. Being a motel, I can imagine it could be more noisy if we had neighbours. Property seems to have ongoing small renovation. Our room was clean. However, our room with kitchenette is actually not a full kitchenette. Only small fridge, coffee machine and microwave which should not be called a room with kitchenette. Bathroom had no fan but a window so you had to open the window to let humidity out. But at the end, the room was good. At first, the communication with the property were not great as they did not reply to our requests through phone and email. Then, they called us after sending the code for the door to make sure we receive it. Then, on our second night, they make sure we had everything. So in general, our stay was good.

This hotel is conveniently located across the street from the lake so beach access is very easy. Our room was clean and quiet. The kitchenette in our room was a nice feature that we appreciated. Hotel staff was polite and accommodating. We enjoyed our evenings by the barbecue and fire pit tables on the balcony.

I normally stay at the Ramada but gave this place a shot due to location and price. I was so surprised, the rooms are all updated and the staff was incredible… I will be staying here again for sure. Book this place you can’t beat the value. Personal note: we had a death in the family and they were constantly asking how we were doing and made arrangements so we could stay another night, they went above and beyond to help us.

Great Location

Stephanie was very helpful. Called me to let me know my room was ready so got an early check in. Room had been recently renovated. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom small but sufficient. The location is the real winner here. Steps away from Okanagan Beach and restaurants. Unfortunate the only window in the room faced the parking lot and walkway so couldn’t have the curtains open as people could easily see inside. The common area with firetables overlooking the lake was a great space. They needed this area as there is no outdoor space to sit outside your room.

Would stay again. Pricing was reasonable . Room was clean. Older building with cheaper renovations but i cant compain. Location was great . Surprisingly had full cable/netflix /prime ect. On the tv for free.would recommend
