We had a rattery window in room 18, and the showerhead was very loose and kept slipping down. The golden years menu was 10/10. And they allowed us too leave our luggage until our ferry.

Basic rooms located within a couple of minutes walk from Penzance station. The staff are helpful but check in may be slow if you arrive at a time when the bar is busy. The building itself is old and my single bedroom was faded and quite crampedbut the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked.
