The property was clean and close to the boat slips, however we were told some incorrect information both in the listing and in communications with the property. They did issue a small refund, but the golf course we were overlooking was actually under construction so we had noise from construction equipment and a view of what might be lovely in a couple of years, but currently consists of newly seeded dirt mounds. The back deck was safe, but in need of replacement with the boards on their last season most likely. The kitchen sink was leaking slightly (we reported) causing trash bags or anything stored under there to be wet. The smaller bathroom flooring is soft and in need of replacement soon. The main building where several amenities advertised was closed for remodeling so those were all unavailable. We had a place to sleep, eat simple meals, shower, and sleep comfortably. We would not return.
