「Honestly, I was not pleased and was disappointed with the lack of response to work issues in the Apt, to a point where I moved out after the second night. I did not have hot water, the stove did not work properly, there were no towels, a shower-head was broken, and although the host advertised that there was a washer and dryer in the property, there were neither. The host kept telling me someone is coming to work the issues but no one ever showed up. I reached out to VRBO for a refund.」
