“The host was friendly and accommodating. They served breakfast an half hour earlier than usual because we had an early ferry to Favignana. They have one area for improvement: no wine glasses, no tea and no coffee in the room. Another problem is that I suspect their Wi-Fi is hacked. When I first made the reservation and communicated with them in March. I received a scammer message pretending the property asking me to provide identification information. “Easy parking round the back of the Hotel Breakfast was basic but good. Offered omelettes/ scrambled eggs some mornings! Good coffee with breakfast but can be left waiting for it. Hotel requires the room key to be handed to reception when leaving the premises then collected when you return. ( weird , but caused me no issues ) Free x4 bikes to use, could do with some maintenance but managed to make do. Fridge in room - small but useful. A/C in room very cool Shower / bathroom lovely”

“I booked the single room which had a desk, a closet standalone organizer, safe, twin bed (comfy pillows, firm supportive bed), a fit for purpose bathroom, a fridge, & fast working ac. the room is powered by a key so you will have to a/c the room upon return to the room (makes sense to avoid electricity waste. the location was great to getting to the bus station to get to the airport or any of the services to san vito/erice/etc. it’s a bit of distance from old town tho but it’s a nice walk from……

“Io e la mia bambina abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo breve soggiorno presso Villa Carlo Resort. Il personale è molto gentile è disponibile, le stanze molto curate e pulitissime. Lo spazio esterno con la piscina è molto bello e ci sono numerosi spazi in cui potersi godere l'esterno. La colazione è molto ricca e varia, con buffet di pietanze dolci e salate e frutta di stagione. Torneremo sicuramente.”
