「The property was beautiful. However it was listed on Expedia as having a sofa bed which we required. It did not have a sofa bed. It didn’t even have a sofa, it had a love seat. Pretty hard for someone to sleep on. Also, the bar/nightclub attached will keep you up till closing. Very loud. Check with who rented the room next to you. We had a group shooting an adult film. Loud sexual noises followed by a shower and then repeated numerous times. Started in the evening and went all night until 7am....

「This is NOT a 3 bedroom, it is a 2 bedroom with a small futon in the living room. Access is by outside stairs that are grate-style. Apartment was clean except for floors and under the beds. Kitchen was great (stovetop bulb is not operational), plenty of cookware and kitchenware. Internet was not working. 「Place overall was decent, it was clean enough. The hot tub and fire pit were a nice touch. The house is very close to the road and there is constant traffic noise even late at night. It is also advertised as more upscale than it was. We noticed several areas of the house that looked like the landlord special took place in getting it ready. Some of the doors didn’t close properly or were only on a single set of hinges instead of multiple. The dining chairs too were not in great shape, they had...
