「Very exciting staying in a real old chateau, but with the facilities of a very thoughtful full restoration with modern comforts such as a/c, floor heating and huge and beautiful private bathrooms. The site is also very pretty, a large estate well landscaped. Last but not least, Jennifer was a great hostess.」

「Bel endroit confortable et propre, de charme, avec espaces nombreux etcbelle cuisine tres bien equipee. 2 piscines bien prtotegees. Belles vues. Ce n est pas la plus belle Dordogne à mon sens et les points d intérêt sont au moins à unre heure de route. Le proprietaire m avait assuré que le tennis serait un peu réhabilité mais cela n a pas été le cas. 」

「The Manoir d’Isly was delightful. It has spacious rooms with high ceilings, 4 en-suites and 2 family shower rooms, lovely places for dining inside and out and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool, 2 table tennis tables, trampoline and baby-foot were great for the kids (aged 9-14).The attic bedroom with 4 beds is rather hot in the height of summer - luckily we didn’t need to use it. Fans are provided which is great.Excideuil has plenty of local activities including canoeing, tennis, running,...

「We were with 8 adults and had a lovely stay in the Perigord region with quiet surroundings. Just the sound of a lot of birds keeps you awake during the day. The castle is very well equipped and decorated and not to big, neither to small. It fits the number of guests very good. You can visit several nice little towns(one or two stars Michelin!) but make cycle or walking tours as well. In short: lovely castle and park, everything you need is there.」

「We had a wonderful time at this location. Beautiful surroundings, a lovely castle, and a house with a pool. Upon arrival, a few things were amiss, and these were addressed and resolved immediately. So the service was very good. The location is good, 4* For a 5* review we advise the owners to do more in terms of maintenance.」

「Nous avons passé 10 jours extraordinaires entre famille et amis dans ce chaleureux et superbe lieu. Quel endroit idéal pour être au calme, se ressourcer dans la nature mais aussi pour passer un moment de qualité à plusieurs. Les beaux et spacieux espaces laissent à chacun libre choix de se laisser porter au fil des pièces et de leur différentes inspirations.Nous y reviendrons sûrement pour y avoir vécu d’inoubliables souvenirs !Merci Guillaume de nous avoir aussi bien reçu!」
