Located in an olive grove, in the peace, I made this accommodation never used, more comfortable, the bathroom and 'complete with large bath, also used x shower. The accommodation and 'furnished with solid wood furniture, all this' provision serves in an accommodation ... You will have the comfort of the house, where you can' enjoy moments of relaxation, outdoor dining, the 'apartment can' accommodate 4/5 people, having a double bedroom, a sofa bed with slatted bed and possibly adding a fifth bed .... This is' a particularly popular area by the Germans.

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit car nous étions de passage mais l'endroit est magnifique . Accueil très chaleureux et l'appartement aménagé avec goût et très propre . A recommander pour passer des vacances au calme.

Amazing house with a great host

The stay was great and the house was amazing! She was very flexible with the check in process as we had a different time than check-in allowed for. The only issue was that we arrived into town at midnight and couldn't get a taxi so it was difficult to find a way to the home but the host was very helpful and accommodating to us!

Estancia corta pero muy agradable.

Sólo pasamos una noche, porque íbamos haciendo ruta, pero la verdad es que el sitio nos encantó; una pena no haber podido quedarnos más días. La casa tiene de todo y está en un sitio tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar del paisaje de la zona. Lorena, la propietaria, muy amable y simpática; a parte del magnifico recibimiento que nos hizo, dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento, y además habla bastante bien español, que para los que no hablamos mucho italiano, es de gran ayuda.

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Lorena. Appartement très bien équipé . à deux pas de superbes villages perchés , Perinaldo Apricale Dolce Acqua et non loin de la mer, Vallecrosia Vintimille Bordighéra. seul bémol appartement un peu sombre mais on vit surtout dehors.

Vacances magnifiques

Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances magnifiques. Le gite est très propre et confortable. Nous avons été tout de suite à l'aise. Lorena est très accueillante, à la fois discrète et disponible pour ses hôtes. L'endroit est superbe dans l'arrière pays à deux pas de la mer. Un vrai bonheur... Les enfants étaient ravis ! Bon séjour en Ligurie entre montagne et mer

Un séjour agréable de 15 jours chez l'habitant dans un appartement situé dans une propriété familiale au coeur des oliviers à Perinaldo en Italie . Lorena Cozzi is a very welcoming hostess who contacted us several times before our arrival to ensure she could meet us to escort us to her house. Her introduction to the apartment was thorough and very helpful. The apartment is comfortable, with a kitchen, one separate bedroom and another double bed separated from the living area by a curtain. Although we had originally booked for two, we had to give her late notice that we were being joined by my friend's daughter, but this was no problem and the living area accommodated an extra bed.

Tranquillità e accoglienza superlativa.

Abbiamo trovato questa sistemazione per le nostre vacanze estive perché cercavamo tranquillità e relax: le attese sono state ampiamente superate!! Appena arrivati abbiamo ricevuto una calorosa accoglienza e un cestino ricco di prodotti della loro terra. La casa è immersa nella tranquillità del loro uliveto e allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere il mare e i favolosi borghi dell'entroterra (Dolceacqua, Apricale, Perinaldo). Il giardino attrezzato di tutto l'occorrente(tavolo, sedie, barbecue, legna, sdraio, ombrelloni) ci ha permesso di organizzare una grigliata tra amici. La casa è fornita di ogni accessorio e Lorena si è continuamente accertata che non ci mancasse nulla. Grazie a questa sistemazione abbiamo avuto modo di goderci lo splendido entroterra ligure; non perdetevi assolutamente l'osservatorio stellare Cassini di Perinaldo e fatevi consigliare da Lorena i posti da visitare e dove degustare le specialità del territorio. In conclusione posto assolutamente consigliato.
