“From the moment we walked in we wanted to run no floors have been swept there was food on the steps (not on plates) the room wasn’t very clean bathroom was gross we went back to the desk to say we were going somewhere else the girl at the desk was fantastic (wish we got her name) she called ahead and got us into a sister property she went above and beyond it was a lot better the Ramada we realized that the 1st had few stars but we’ve never been disappointed in a wyndum hotel in the past ”

“Outstanding in every way! Staff was exceptional; front desk, valets and restaurant servers were all among the best I've ever met. Hotel and rooms were clean, modern and luxurious-they put a lot of money into refurbishing the place and it shows. We had breakfast at Mowery's- great selection and fantastic food. We were celebrating my dad's 90th birthday and they really made him feel special. Top notch operation from top to bottom. Perfect location if you're visiting the Jack Casino or anywhere……

“Unable to use shower due to bath tub filling up faster than it could drain then it took over 30mins to drain and that's a huge inconvenience. The property never contacted me like the worker said someone would and I find that so unprofessional. I posted this picture of the candy on the floor soon as we walked in the room also.”
