"First time in Vermont. The house is beautiful. It was my birthday and the team helped me celebrate. It was very sweet. Great location. Easy in and out of town. Delicious breakfast and snacks through the day!"

10/10 Excellent
"There were many thoughtful touches in the apartment from snacks, coffee, and seltzers, to USB plugs and a Roku. The location is great and we were able to walk many places that we wanted to visit. Lake Champlain is stunning! Communication and instructions were fabulous. Our only issue, which had nothing to do with the apartment, but rather Burlington itself. We were unaware that the drug/ homeless problem was so out of control. One morning while walking home from the YMCA, we encountered a young man preparing to shoot up in daylight on a busy street. Not what we expected at 10 AM on a Saturday. We also saw many discarded needles on the paved trail near the water and witnessed drug deals taking place. While we felt safe enough during the day, we opted to be home in the evenings to err on the side of caution. Many years ago, I had considered attending UVM, so its current state was quite disheartening. "
"Conveniently located to Lake Champlain waterfront and to the area’s key shopping. The Hotel is very quiet but only 2-3 blocks from the activities, restaurants and bars the students and visitors seem to frequent. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. They hosted happy hours and late afternoon snacks specializing on local cheeses."
