It's misleading to call this a 4 *, it was decent enough but the condition and the size of bedroom and especially, bathrooms, was not of 4* expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

To call this a 4* hotel is laughable. It says it quite clearly on the front. The room - blackout curtains - no way. The room was so bright from the neon lights from the neighbouring industrial site, I could not sleep. The pullows were super thin. When I asked for 2 more for my son and I, they told me they only had one spare hahaha - in the whole hole;. Shocking. We went to drink some water from the glass provided in the room - both had not been cleaned and had some dried drink in it. They did not change our towels when they changed our sheets. The room and whole hotel need serious upgrading and renovation. They said they have a jacuzzi - it’s an inflatable one you can get in a supermarket. It also does not work, had no water and was empty. They said they had a spa, this was never open. They said they had a sauna. This was broken They said they had a gym. Nearly all the equipment was broken, missing or not cleaned. They said they had a pool. First they said they couldn’t use it. Then after pouring in a lot of chlorine let my child and I in after 10 minutes. Surely this is not safe. Again this was another example of poor facilities, service and attention to detail. Mainly I’m annoyed with the false advertising, and to be fair the staff were nice.

Déçus pour un 4 ****

PremiĂšre assignation dans une chambre oĂč la section salle de bain avec bain-douche vitrĂ©e avait Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e, mais oĂč la toilette Ă©tait dĂ©fectueuse. (Dans cette chambre, il y avait une machine pour le cafĂ©.) Ne pouvant pas rĂ©parer la toilette, on nous assigne une nouvelle chambre. Cette fois-ci, la salle de bain n’est pas rĂ©novĂ©e. C’est une chambre pour handicapĂ©s avec douche. Au sol, il y a un rebord mĂ©tallique dangereux. Nous avons aussi un rideau de douche douteux qui nous colle sur le corps. Cette fois, nous n’avons pas accĂšs Ă  une machine Ă  cafĂ©. (Nous avons une bouilloire). DĂ©cevant pour un Ă©tablissement 4 Ă©toiles.

Déçue de ce « 4 étoiles » Je séjourne dans des 3 étoiles beaucoup mieux équipés . Salle de bain plus que basique sans équipements et avec douche trÚs peu pratique et en mauvais état . Vi havnet pÄ dette sjarmerende hotellet da vi fikk dekk problemer pÄ vei hjem fra Spania. Kan ikke fÄ fullrost damen i resepsjonen nok. Hun snakket godt engelsk og var utrolig hjelpsom, hun ringte dekkforhandlere og snakket med franske utgaven av naf, hun stod virkelig pÄ. Frokosten var veldig god, og restauranten kan virkelig anbefales. Vi kommer tilbake.

Je viens assez souvent dans cet hĂŽtel tous les 15 jours en moyenne, et je suis toujours satisfait de l’accueil du personnel qui est Ă  l’écoute de ses clients, qui est trĂšs accueillant et chaleureux. J’ai pas l’habitude de manger au restaurant hier soir, j’y suis allĂ© et que ce soit au niveau gustatif, ou au niveau du service, tout Ă©tait excellent. Bravo Ă  Elodie pour son Acceuil et son sourire qui rend agrĂ©able l’expĂ©rience.

Alles Top, immer wieder gerne.

Wir stoppen immer hier auf der Durchreise nach Spanien. Sind sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen. Klasse Service, gutes Essen und ein geschlossener, kameraĂŒberwachter Parkplatz. Haustierfreundlich, so dass wir auch mit unseren Hund hier ĂŒbernachten können. Sind gerne hier und werden sicherlich auch beim nĂ€chsten Mal hier einkehren.

Nous avons louĂ© 4 chambres et prĂ©venu que nous avions une cĂ©rĂ©monie de mariage Mais la personne au tĂ©lĂ©phone n’a pas voulu en tenir compte pour organiser le mĂ©nage diffĂ©remment ! Du coup la famille a dĂ» ce changĂ© sur un parking et n’a pue avoir leur chambre que tard dans la nuit ! Merci Ă  vous c’était vraiment une super journĂ©e ! De plus quand je suis arrivĂ© j’ai dĂ» attendre car Ă  15 h la chambre n’était toujours pas prĂȘte ! Le mĂ©nage a Ă©tĂ© fait Ă  la vas vite Des cheveux dans la douche , le lavabo bouchĂ© ,le verrouillage de la porte fenĂȘtre Hs , des taches sur les murs
